Is there political pressure in South Dakota to keep the ES&S machines?

The same ownership group that controls our elections here in South Dakota has interest in these projects (Carbon Capture, Gevo).

The corporation McCarthy Group, ES&S and Kiewit Construction are all tied together in the same ownership. They have complete control of our elections with ES&S being the only vender in the state. They have shut off the audit trail, they will not give up the cast vote records… There is absolutely no transparency. The corporation that is going to do this huge project (Gevo’s mission is to transform renewable energy and carbon into energy-dense liquid hydrocarbons) with the governors office is Kiewit Construction which again is owned by the McCarthy Group which also owns ES&S.

We have a lot of officials that are going along with all these things, that are bad for South Dakota, and that the citizens don’t want.

Republicans added 4 trillion more in debt getting very few spending cuts. Republicans always vote with the Democrats to increase debt. Usually, they get nothing for it. Every time there is a fight over a debt ceiling, a continuing resolution or an omnibus, Republicans do what the Democrats want.

Barack Obama grew the national debt to 20 trillion dollars. In 2023 the national debt is 32 trillion dollars. Federal tax revenues are just under 5 trillion dollars. The national budget is 6.6 trillion.

How would Donald Trump have prevented the Ukraine/Russia war?

The Nord Stream pipeline would not have been built. Trump had stopped it. Russia could sell oil and natural gas then only through pipelines that flow under Ukraine. Russia could not wage war on a country that controls its major source of income. It was Joe Biden’s weakness that caused the pipeline to be built. Biden’s weakness gave Putin the ability to start the war.
